Foundation: Cracks, settling, visible signs of water damage.

Exterior Walls & Siding: Damage, cracks, peeling paint, signs of water or pest intrusion.

Windows & Doors: Proper seal, functionality, any visible damage or drafts.

Garage/Carport: Functionality of doors, any signs of leaks, cracks, or electrical issues.

Driveway & Walkways: Cracks, trip hazards, condition of paving.


Structural Components

 

Crawlspace: Moisture issues, proper insulation, foundation health.

Attic: Insulation, ventilation, leaks, structural integrity of roof from inside.


Plumbing System
